Republican Senate candidate Christopher Reed called incumbent Democrat Tom Harkin “Tokyo Rose” and “anti-American” because he provides “aid and comfort to the enemy.”

Some young members of Ron Paul’s “Revolution” brought their own t-shirts to an event at Iowa State University including this student’s design.
Another student in an “Al Franken for Senate” t-shirt approached Texas Representative Ron Paul with two copies of the constitution. Paul graciously signed both copies for the young man.
