Another Agriprocessors worker pleads guilty

Carlos Tzirin-Rodriguez, who was not originally detained in the May 12 immigration raid at the plant, was convicted of possessing a resident alien card that was not issued to him and knowingly possessing the identification of another person.

Marshalltown Police Jail 16 Workers Arrested in Grinnell

With aid from the Marshall County Sheriff, the Marshalltown Police Department arrested 16 people in Grinnell last Friday under forgery and identification theft charges.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) spokeperson Greg Palmore said that ICE provided expertise, “assistance and administration processing,” to local police but did not initiate the investigation.

Grinnell Seed Company Workers Jailed in Marshall County

Approximately 20 workers were arrested at the Monsanto Seed Company Friday morning in Grinnell.
