		<description>it seems not fair for the employee who leaves the company if he won&#039;t be bale to get his annuity. It&#039;s true that they can cash out the annuity, pay a penalty and transfer the cash to another 401 (k), but instead of getting more because of what you&#039;ve earned or saved, the deduction is really huge..i lost $10k when I transfered my 401 (k).</description>
