Ann Coulter: Steve King ‘one of my favorites’

By Douglas Burns | 10.08.08 | 11:35 am

Right-wing hate hawker Ann Coulter tells the Red County Web site that western Iowa congressman Steve King, a Kiron Republican, is one of her “favorites” in what she sees as an emerging crop of conservatives. The interview was posted on Tuesday.

RED COUNTY: What do you make of all the people turning on the Reagan legacy (for example Newt Gingrich on climate change)? Why the phenomena of the big government Republican?

COULTER:
We need the younger generation of right-wingers to rise up and take charge.

RED COUNTY: Are there any rising stars within the conservative movement that you look forward to?

COULTER: Yes, plenty — the great Steve King of Iowa is one of my favorites — but “rising” means they still have to rise.  An Obama administration should give them plenty of opportunities, assuming the country can survive it.

“Hate hawker”? There's some objective reporting!

What journalist and his 5th district Dem buddies, including King's challenger, never miss an opportunity to call Steve King a racist even though they have absolutely no proof to back it up?

Liberals hate conservatives like Ann Coulter, Steve King and Rush Limbaugh because they don't cower in the corner while the Left tells lies and calls names.

    The questions of our times…

Would Doug Burns have anything to write about if not for Steve King?

Would Doug Burns have a job it not for his mom owning the newspaper?

Has Doug Burns ever written anything nice about Congressman Steve King? Or is he just a left-wing hate hawker himself?
