In this week’s Cityview, Civic Skinny claims that U.S. Rep. Leonard Boswell did not attend Sen. Tom Harkin’s annual Steak Fry fundraiser last weekend:

The first bunch of names: Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Chet Culver, Pat Murphy, Leonard Boswell. None of them were at Sunday’s Harkin Steak Fry, the state’s annual pre-eminent event for Democrats.

While it’s true to say this year’s event was more subdued than last year’s, Boswell not only attended the event, but he gave a speech on stage.  Just saying.
