American people are generous and they will help, given the chance, but it is not up to Congress to decide who they help. If this money was in the hands of its rightful owners, there would not be any tape, let alone red tape, and Iowans would have it covered, as they usually do.

The way Pelosi wants to help the American people is by getting H.R. 5882 passed this week which will add another 550,000 green cards to the 1 million they already plan for next year. This is an end around for their inability to get 500,000 more H-1 foreign worker visas attached to Iraq War funding.

Don't be fooled.
