In order to secure more and more power for those self-serving despots in Homeland Security undermining our Democracy while our real heroes are fighting overseas, the fusion centers are being utilized as domestic terrorist goon squads to terrorize Federal and/or contractor employees deemed “trouble makers” and get them fired on bogus mental health accusations by sociopathic Federal psychologists betraying their profession and their country. What makes a trouble maker? Anyone with a serious Inspector General or EEO complaint about the ethics, honesty, or even loyalty of a “favored” manager or employee.  How does this work? COINTELPRO tactics (outrageous, baseless slander, harassment, illegal activity, etc.) are used to trump up suspicion about the target’s loyalty or honesty, isolate him/her, and then Federal Security and private contractors are sent to follow and more and more overtly stalk and harass the person, to include U.S. mail tampering, aggressive driving attacks, illegal breaking and entering, illegal wiretapping, illegal gps secreted onto the target’s vehicle, etc. If the person dares report noticing any of this, then the mechanism is already in place to immediately accuse the target of a bogus mental illness and suspend or fire the career employee for fabricated “cause”. Local police and state officials in Maryland are either bribed and/or leaned on heavily to either ignore the target’s civil rights, aid and abet the actual harassment, or refuse to “get involved”. Howard County police were caught actively spreading rumors about the mental health of one target in her own neighborhood in 2009, despite being told by a very prestigious and well respected psychologist that there was no evidence of any mental illness present,  historic or familial, in the woman who had lodged the employee harassment complaint with them and asked that they identify the license plates and images of men who were stalking her. The police refused. After a sham process of several months where the person is ordered to get mental health help and the harassment campaign is ratcheted up by co-opting neighborhood watch dupes by lying to them about the target’s loyalty to the country and coercing 24/7 neighborhood harassment via a virtual hate campaign, it is hoped that the target will “appear” crazy to the outside psychologist the target is forced to see. If that fails, the hate campaign is broadened to include people who are so manipulated and incited by lies, to be encouraged to provoke, harm or even kill the target to “get rid of the problem”. If this fails, and the agency psychologist making the false accusation, simply disregards the opinion of the honest, unbiased outside psychologist, and recommends termination of the career employee. It does not stop here however, the employee will find that he/she has essentially been blackballed from any Federal service and will never be able to finish out his career and collect his or her pension.
