I agree... ...I saw this coming without the benefit of access to illegal wiretaps from either Verizon or AT&T; -- conducted before and after 9/11.

why am I not surprised? We did what we could, but there has been little pressure on Boswell to do the right thing on this issue (other than from bloggers).

I don't remember the Des Moines Register even mentioning Boswell's position on FISA during the primary campaign.
