I just noticed that Rosenberg at Failed Messiah has posted an e-mail letter, attributed to the daughter, that contains even more information than the video that I posted. It can be accessed via this link:

The letter renews the charge that the government arrested and is prosecuting Rubashkin because he and his family are Jewish.

While Ms. Weiss and her family may view her father's problems as a matter of Pidyon Shvuyim, many in the Jewish community do not.
