State Rep. Chris Rants (R-Sioux City) has launched his gubernatorial campaign Web site.
The site, located at Rants2010.com, sports a new, Web 2.0-style logo, but it seems to use the same content management system as his old Web site, Rants.us, and most pages are formatted like blogs.
There’s also a new slogan for the campaign: “Determined Leadership. High Expectations. A Brighter Future.” The campaign’s colors are orange and blue, which remind me of the University of Florida’s sports programs.
The site says is paid for by “Iowans for Rants.”
Also notable: Rants has decided to refer to himself as “Chris” rather than “Christopher” for the purposes of the campaign.
