For the Iowa Independent 7-15-09: This use of the IRS for blatant censorship and deprivation of First Amendment rights is part of the fruition of totalitarian efforts that have been underway for decades, especially around Iowa City just south of Cedar Rapids, where the Coalition for Life is based.
Emma Harvat, a local lesbian, got active with her Iowa City infiltration efforts in the 1920's, and by infesting the town, the university, and especially government and media, her stealth campaign of degeneracy has grown bit by bit over the years. With a gang of con artists and front men, her successors have launched elaborate schemes of lies, infiltrations, espionage, and sabotage. A key factor in their extensive history was the 1973 start-up of the Emma Goldman abortion mill as a front for baby murder by University of Iowa doctors– this lets them do thousands of abortions at a cost to them of about $10 apiece, while they charge customers around $400 for each butchery. The blood-money profits generated there and at Planned Parenthood provide the killers and their network with a cozy lifestyle, leaving thousands in surplus money to buy political privilege for their favorite accomplices. These include perverts and helpers like legislators Joe Bolkcom and Mary Mascher, or prosecutors such as Pat White and Janet Lyness, among many many others. Along the way, as many corrupt “law enforcement” personnel as possible come in very handy for them– not only in the IRS but with local police. Here's an example of what a key network cooperator, namely the Iowa City Press-Citizen, was actively helping cover up just yesterday, 7-14-09

Press-Citizen opinion editor Jeff Charis-Carlson, who can appear fair and balanced when he isn't censoring information that is embarassing to Iowa City homosexuals, wrote a 7-13-09 feature for his own Press-Citizen in which he remarked on Iowa gubernatorial candidate Bob Vander Plaats. I responded with 3 short essays, only one of which survived Press-Citizen censorship for more than a few hours. The two censored pieces I will describe shortly and elaborate on their content, but the one that has survived for nearly 24 hours now is————————–

Hmm…seems the Iowa Supreme Court is having problems remembering what its story line is supposed to be. When Eric Shaw was shot through the heart in Iowa City, and Judge Eads noticed Pat White was working hard to obstruct justice by not investigating and prosecuting, Judge Eads tried a judicial remedy. He issued a court order for a special prosecutor and a grand jury. But, Pat White obtained a ruling from the Supreme Court as to the executive function of the prosecutor overriding the judicial function of the judge, stopping investigation and prosecution in the Shaw homicide. Now, we have the judicial function of the Supreme Court overriding the legislature, AND the executive function of the Governor until somebody applies it to marriage. Culver has refused to do so, so obviously it's up to Governor Vander Plaats to remind the Iowa Supreme Court that they profess to make the judiciary subordinate to other branches. Or, are they just being hypocrites and hoping no one notices?

By now, most of the world realizes the Iowa Supreme Court has been functioning as a political operations arm of the Iowa homosexual mafia, but their warped ruling to try to legitimize bogus homo marriage came as no surprise to anyone who has been paying attention to their slide toward degeneracy over the years. That judicial pretexting activity comes hand-in-hand with the politicians who have enabled them courtesy of a somnolent to diabolical electorate. The electorate of course votes consequent to being deprived of good news coverage, and the manipulating newspapers which have little regard for discussing the world outside the realm of pervert propaganda do their Machiavellian best to make the scam possible. First of all the Iowa Supreme Court is happy to tell one story for one occasion, namely that the judiciary is inferior to the executive for purposes of covering up the Shaw killing. Then the Iowa Supreme Court hypocritically contradicts itself for another occasion, namely changing the story so that the judiciary is Supreme when it comes to dictating how the marriage law is to be written, so much so that executive Culver cynically follows along. But the governmental habit of hypocrisy extends all the way down to a corrupt police force right here in Iowa City, because they are backed by the devious and hypocritical Supreme Court. Immunized by a court with limited concern for consistent justice, if any, the Iowa City police feel no compunction about killing an innocent harmless average citizen and then going into overdrive to cover it up– with the help of Iowa City's homosexual racket politicians. When the police kill a person and then the police themselves, the newspapers, the prosecutors, and the Supreme Court are all willing to go to great lengths to cover it up— who among us is safe?
How some of this slimy misapplication of governmental authority fits together was touched on in my two additional writings which the Press-Citizen censored within the last 24 hours. As an example of how this journalistic censorship degeneracy works, and specifically what the Press-Citizen doesn't want disclosed about certain people, went as I wrote yesterday, as follows (This is a reconstruction from memory, as I don't have a copy of what the Press-Citizen censored from its on-line forum board. Also, this version is considerably longer and more detailed than what the Press-Citizen censored, as it's obvious the Press-Citizen doesn't want the first briefer writings known, so it makes one wonder what associated details they are trying to help cover up also):
When Eric Shaw was shot through the heart by the Iowa City police in August 1996, police officer Troy Kelsay had the following story– He claimed he had been all alone on foot patrol about midnight. He said he had no uniform, no radio, and no partner along with no car. Upon seeing an alley door cracked open and light coming out, he presumed the van parked right outside might be there to receive loot from a potential ongoing burglary inside. So, he flagged down a passing police car conveniently (?) passing by which contained Jeff Gillaspie (and cadet Zaharias), for help with the imagined burglary.
Gillaspie, only years later revealed to be at the end of a double shift, pointed his pistol forward as he entered the building, flinched his finger when he was surprised (?) by seeing someone inside as expected, and thus Eric Shaw was shot precisely through the heart. First of all, does this story even make any sense. (?) On foot patrol? No uniform? No partner? No radio? In a context where there had been several burglaries in that part of town recently, and anyone (even a cop) wandering around late at night could easily have been shot at first, for asking questions only later?
Just exactly what sort of police department (if any did) would send anyone out late at night who isn't clearly dressed as a policeman? Why would he be walking around in the dark with no partner? How can he do a job with no back-up manpower in case he needed to deal with a real crime, a fire, or a citizen in distress? How could Kelsay request help for himself or anybody else if he didn't even have a radio? Did he really not have a radio, or did he need to pretend lacking a radio as a pretext to involve another subordinate policeman after he himself did the shooting? If Kelsay didn't have the tools of the trade with him, it starts to sound like Kelsay was actually there for some reason other than police work. Did Kelsay even have a gun? His lack of discussion on that point is particularly curious in light of what supposedly happened and particularly in light of what actually may have happened.
After the shooting, County Attorney Pat White promised Eric Shaw's family at their home he would do everything needed to investigate and prosecute. Eric's father Jay wrote an amicus curiae to the Iowa Supreme Court on this and other points. However, Pat White did nothing to live up to his promises but put on appearances as the Iowa City pervert racket was feeling out the Shaw family and angling for the minimum possible civil damage settlement. {{{For instance, during this phase of the Shaw-Kelsay-Gillaspie cover-up, lesbian activist and university employee Kim Painter staged a 'Support Eric Shaw Family Rally' downtown at the University Pentacrest, as part of the scheme to make the Shaw survivors think they had local friends they could lean on and trust. After the Shaws were swindled out of a criminal prosecution, Kim Painter was rewarded with the Johnson Co. (Iowa) Recorder's job and she holds it to this day in a county where getting the Democratic nomination on the ballot makes anyone, like Pat White or Janet Lyness, also a shoo-in for an easy job at the public trough.}}}
Pat White's delaying and false promise tactics concerning Eric Shaw's shooting were so extraordinarily egregious that Judge Eads of the Sixth Judicial District made an end-run around White's obstruction of justice. Judge Eads issued an order for a special prosecutor and grand jury as described above, and that led to the Supreme Court ruling for the primacy of the executive branch deciding how to enforce the legislature's laws, thus superseding the judiciary.
How does this tie in together, and what does it have to do with the untrustworthiness of corrupt government officials who are using the IRS for censorship of abortion protesting? In 2006, ten years later, I showed up for regular Wednesday picketing at the Iowa City Planned Parenthood shortly after 8:00am. I saw Troy Kelsay talking to another protester whose wife was being sought on a bogus warrant so that she could be further framed. But I politely said to Kelsay, as if I were a fan of his, “You're Troy Kelsay, aren't you?” And he appeared to be rather pleased that he had such fame with a random member of the public that he would be so readily recognized. About 30-60 minutes later, when I was by myself with my sign southward at the other end of Planned Parenthood, Kelsay came by to be Mr. Friendly himself, and tried to milk me for information about the gal he was trying to frame.
I suddenly asked him, “At the Eric Shaw shooting, why didn't you or Gillaspie take a few seconds to run a license plate check on the 'burglary' van before going in?” Kelsay was caught off-guard over a detail of his original story line, which he hadn't been practicing every few hours during the intervening decade. So, regarding the van which supposedly was standing out as a key unique element of suspicion in his story's original 1996 version, Kelsay responded in 2006, “Oh, there were many cars in the area. I had no reason to be particularly concerned about that individual vehicle.” If his original story were true, and if he or Gillaspie had run a license plate check on the police car's computer, they would have rapidly seen that immediately outside the Shaw business was a van registered to a Shaw.
Considering that at first with a lot of fast thinking the van was allegedly of particular interest in 1996, but then was magically of no particular interest when Kelsay was caught suddenly off-guard in 2006, it is obvious Kelsay has had some difficulty keeping his story straight. Any rational policeman concerned about a rash of burglaries in the area would logically have wanted to know who was inside the building and run a license plate check before entering, for the sake of self-protection at the very least. When he whipped up his original story quickly right after the shooting, apparently he didn't have time to notice the glaring absurdity of that missing part of his story. It's like the dog that didn't bark showing a guilty party's fabrication was contrived with inadequate deliberation. And where WAS Kelsay's gun? Was Kelsay covering for Gillaspie, or was a lower-ranking Gillaspie the fall guy for Kelsay?
If I sound hard on Kelsay, it's only because he can't keep his story straight over the years in connection with an innocent man being shot, the story is implausible and self-contradictory in so many ways from the very outset, AND because he has conjured up some other premeditated scams. For example, Kelsay tried to ambush me in the courthouse after a completely separate court case. He also put on an elaborate 'good father' act inside and outside the courthouse evidently so nobody would wonder about his connections with the Iowa City and Johnson County homosexual rackets. Kelsay also didn't have the best employment record with the Coralville Police Department. Kelsay was on the Coralville P.D. before joining up with Iowa City, and I have a source at very high levels in the Coralville police administration who knows from personal experience how “arrogant” his subordinate Kelsay was. Kelsay has toned himself down in subsequent years as to overt arrogance, and today goes to a lot of trouble to appear to be as well-adjusted as possible.
Then there's the Sueppel multiple baseball bat homicide and suicide in 2008, done Easter night going into the wee hours of Monday. {{Sueppel had embezzled nearly half a million dollars, and facing an impending trial he was claiming he did it to buy cocaine– even though he had no traces of cocaine in his body or house or office, and he didn't know where to buy cocaine or how to use it.}} By the very next day, Tuesday, the Iowa City police press machine was already putting out the story that “it's all a big mystery, and we'll probably never know why Steve Sueppel killed himself and his family.” Right. They were so helplessly mystified less than 24 hours after finding the bodies they already somehow knew by some foggy magic they would somehow never get to the truth of the matter. They didn't even have the autopsy results. They didn't even have time yet to search the house for clues. But the Iowa City police did have the narrative Steve Sueppel phoned in to his dad's law office during the night between the various clubbings, and the Iowa City police did know Sueppel's bogus cocaine story was a cover for his involvement with the Iowa City homosexual racket and its blackmail. The quickie police press announcement Tuesday was so contrived and shabby they needed another dose of anesthesia for the public, so to dampen down public clamor and curiosity the Iowa City Police Department had another press announcement two days later, Thursday, after the Sueppel murders. Troy Kelsay was in front of the cameras to tell the public the repeated story line “It's all a big mystery, and we'll probably never know why it happened.”
Whether the various scheming dictatorships that are creeping over Iowa before and after Obama want to use the IRS for duplicitous censorship, or want to put out contradictions and tall tales about various violent Iowa City deaths, or whether they want to cover for the abortion mills, or whether the Iowa Supreme Court wants to set itself up with inconsistent hypocrisies to run interference for the various elements of this creeping dictatorship involving abortion, homosexual privilege, and the elaborate rackets they run, the bottom line is: who do they think they are fooling?
