		<description>While I like the idea of developing a rail transit system in this country, I think we also need to improve our existing roads, bridges, etc. It would be great if the state of Iowa could/would &quot;finish&quot; (go from two lanes to four lanes) the western part of State Highway 20 from Fort Dodge to Sioux City. The drive from Dubuque to &quot;the Fort&quot; is great, but the rest of the trip is problematic. Just my two cents...</description>
