		<description>of couse the pictures you show of downtown are going to look different! Dah, no water! Should be more pictures of Ellis, Czech Village and surrounding areas, where people that use to live there, still can&#039;t. Here we are a yr. later! I so remember these days! I had 4 feet of water in my basement but unlike others, that totally lost EVERYTHING! Where is all this money going that is coming into the state? Now people have to pay back jumpstart? Sure sounded good to people for the jumpstart thing, now they have to pay back? Some days I am so dumb fownded by this city! I just shake my head. I feel for all who have lost everything and no results! Same on CR and the state of Iowa.</description>
