With the economy in a serious recession, there is far less available in discretionary spending.<br><br>Iowa casinos do not create high paying jobs and will not replace the good paying manufacturing jobs lost in the state over the last several years.<br><br>The construction of a new casino in central Iowa would merely redistribute existing casino consumers, which would simply redistribute existing revenues.
