My gop friends often frame issues by saying wwrr do? And since past actions is all we have for our dear departed President Raygunzzzzzzzzzzz intentions we know his answer, as with the Air Traffic Controllers, would be YOUR FIRED!

I am getting mighty sick of folks taking jobs as doctors, pharmacists etc and then using a claim of 'morals' to pick and choose which parts of the job they feel like doing and which patients they feel like screwing. I am especially angry when the govt caves in and actually gives these talibanistic overlords legal cover for thier outrageous behavior. There is such a thing as public accomodation...meaning if you open a restaurant to the public you cannot simply discriminate based soley upon your own feelings of who deserves service no matter how strongly or how biblically justified by man those feelings might be.

If we don't put a stop to these exceptions we will have chaos and a loss of our Constitutional freedoms as rastas insist on toking up, sikhs insist on thier beards and turbans in the military and I demand a paid holiday for my savior's B-day on January 8th.

"The struggle between the Supreme Court and Iowa law is causing a constitutional crisis." An interesting take on constitutional law procedures.

Since the Supreme Court's function is to determine the constitutionality of laws, this ruling is a sign of a healthy republic operating as it should. There is no crisis; the government continues to function in the manner approved by our founding fathers.

Senator Bartz is encouraging county employees to engage in illegal and unconstitutional behavior.

It has already been made clear that anyone defying the order will be at risk of loosing the jobs.
So I guess this means that the GOP is pushing for people oppose our constitution… and lose their jobs… during our poor economy.

Bartz claims on the aforementioned website that during this session he wanted to protect the system of checks and balances in Iowa Government. Go figure.
