There are no good arguments against it. The biggest one I see brought is “OMG genetic defects in teh chldren!!1″

What if the couple doesn't want to have children, or are the same sex? Women over 40 have a raised chance of producing children with defects…does that mean women over 40 cannot be married? People unrelated also often create children with defects – does that mean that people with bad genetics should not be allowed to marry? If genetic defects are seen as an acceptable reason to stop two people who love each other from being married, then shouldn't there be mandatory genetic screening before two people get married?

How does a mom/son, or a son/sister, father/son, etc. getting married personally effect you? It doesn't. Hopefully someday people will stop being such close-minded intolerant bigots and keep their noses out of other people's bedrooms and stop interfering with true love.
