		<description>&lt;strong&gt;purposeful fraud&lt;/strong&gt; It&#039;s obvious that those contracts were written just short of the 730 days on purpose. It would be good to find out who specifically wrote and signed those contracts, to see just who is enough of a jerk to intentionally make their contract&#160; period only one day short of qualifying them for benefits. This isn&#039;t freaking Kelly Services we are hiring here. We are asking these folks to risk their lives and be away from their families and jobs for an extended period of time. The Army needs to be held accountable to public opinion on this one.</description>
